Refund policy

Bells Fine Art Gallery represents a number of photographers, artist and Illustrators from around the Geelong and Surfcoast region. We would like to make your online experience with us as easy and risk-free as possible so in the event you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to accept or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

The print needs to be delivered back to us as in new condition with all the original packaging. You will need to pay the return postage, and any shipping cost incurred will not be refunded. Once you have decided to return your purchase please advise us on info@bellsfineart.com.au and we will guide you through the next few steps.

You will remain responsible for the purchase until we receive it and are happy with the condition of the print and packaging, (it must be in re-saleable condition). If the print has not been returned to us in as new condition, we reserve the right to return the print back to you. We advise using a trackable or signed for delivery service such as registered post. On securing a courier it is recommended to organise insurance to the value of the print.

If you have had a change of heart and wish to return your goods you will be given the option of either a store credit or an exchange with the artist/photographer you chose your print from to the same or lesser value of your original purchase.

Handling of the print
Cotton rag is an extremely sensitive paper and will blemish and scratch if handled incorrectly. Do not handle on the actual printed surface, we provide a white border for this reason. Handle on sides of the print only. We ensure that every print is delivered scuff and scratch free, rolled in acid-free tissue paper ready for the framers, who should know how to handle the print. We take no responsibility, once the print has been delivered or for scuff marks or scratches on the print once handled by the client or the framer.

In the event that your print is damaged whilst in transit, it is fully insured by the courier. If your parcel arrives at your door with obvious damage DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel, ask the courier to return it and notify us immediately at info@bellsfineart.com.au.
If your tube is left unattended, with your instructions to do so, with obvious damage advise us within 24hours with photos of the damage attached to your email with your order number and date of your order, your contact details. Once we have received your claim we will contact you to work out the best way forward, including returning your print and providing any refund or replacement.
