All artwork is insured whilst being delivered.
Packaging is an important component of the delivery. For photo prints a 100mm diameter tube is used as the roll shape memory of the photo paper will not be affected allowing for easy roll out upon delivery.
Cotton rag prints require a 125mm diameter tube insuring a perfectly rolled out print upon delivery. The cost of the 100mm diameter tube is $15.00 plus delivery and the 125mm tube is $20.00 plus delivery.
Stretched canvases require more packaging to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, ready to hang. The canvas will be crated up in stiff dense cardboard and bubble wrap with extra strength in the corners providing protection from bumps and knocks. The cost of packaging and delivering a crated stretched canvas is far more expensive but guarantees safe delivery of your artwork, (Each item can vary in weight and size so shipping can vary greatly), if you have chosen only to purchase the sealed printed canvas we will send in a 100mm tube and standard tube costs apply. Please note for our international purchases of a stretched canvas, you must check the laws about foreign timbers entering that particular country, it is suggested you purchase only the sealed canvas print and have it stretched once in that country.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
For tubes under 120cm long we use Australia post, anything over this size we will organise a courier who will deliver to your door, if however, no one is home the courier will take the tube back to their base where you will have to retrieve it, so please ensure you include clear instruction to leave the tube unattended, in the event you are not home.
From the moment you make your order, it normally takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver, depending on where you live. We provide a tracking service so you can follow your progress of your artwork in transit.
In the event that your print is damaged whilst in transit, your artwork is fully insured. If your parcel arrives at your door with obvious damage DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel, ask the courier to return it and notify us immediately at contact@bellsfineart.com.au
If your tube is left unattended, with your instructions to do so, with obvious damage advise us within 24hours with photos of the damage attached to your email photos of the damage attached to your email with your order number and date of your order, your contact details and we will organise to send you a replacement immediately.
